Our company provides a comprehensive range of services for owners of any type of property. From single family houses to apartment complexes to commercial spaces, the services we provide are tailored to meet the needs of each client and property.

Rock Point’s management process is as follows:

- Assessing the potential rental value of your property,

- Advertising and marketing

- Thoroughly screening renters,

- Dealing with all the paperwork and payments

- Being certain that you are in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations

- Responding to and fixing any maintenence requests

In addition to all of the above, our staff is always accessible and responsive to your questions and concerns.

We will also be transparent about fees and expenses. C.W. charges one flat management fee and will not surprise you with add-on charges. You will never pay us a commission fee for vacant units.
