Rock Point Real Estate staff collects all deposit and rental fees due from tenants, and handles the billing and collection of extra charges such as late fees or damage fees. We have strict policies and procedures for collecting rent on a timely basis.

As needed and as appropriate (depending on property), we work with local social agencies and housing authorities that offer financial assistance for residents. To protect the interests of owners and minimize losses, we swiftly initiate a legal eviction process when a tenant does not pay rent and has no verifiable arrangement for speedy payment.
