Records and Reporting

Rock Point Real Estate uses a top-of-the-line property management software to manage all information associated with each client and property. This program allows us to produce reports for every facet of the management process including property details, leases, occupancy, income, and expenses. Reports can be tailored to meet the owner’s needs. Whereas most managers issue only monthly reports, we update and email reports to owners at least twice a week so that they can stay up to date on the status of their properties.

We also provide summary reports each month. These reports are easy to read and understand. They include rent collected, itemized maintenance expenses, management fees, and the owners net income. Owners can opt for either a paper check included with their statement or an electronic deposit to their checking account. At the end of the year we issue a comprehensive financial statement for each owner for tax purposes.
